Program and Registration

REGISTRATION

In order to proceed with the registration, each participant must

  1. Complete the online payment form, see Registration Fees section.
  2. Complete the invoice form in full, see the Invoice Form section.
  3. Optionally, for those who wish to take part in the social dinner, complete the social dinner payment, see Social Dinner section.
  4. Send all the above receipts/documents (fee payment, invoice form, social dinner payment) and a copy of your passport/ID to the following addresses: michele.neri@unipi.it and grounded-theory@sp.unipi.it.

IMPORTANT: PARTICIPANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ORGANIZING AND PAYING THEIR OWN TRAVEL COSTS TO THE VENUE AS WELL AS FOR THEIR ACCOMODATION

REGISTRATION FEES

Registration and payment are compulsory for speakers in individual sessions as well for auditors. Please follow the instructions below.

Regular registration (before May 27th)

SSSI Members:

  • Undergraduate, Post-graduate student: FREE
  • PhD student: 50 EUR
  • Researcher and Assistant Professor: 80 EUR
  • Associate and Full Professor: 100 EUR
  • Professionals, Institutions: 130 EUR
SSSI MEMBERS PAYMENT FORM

Undergraduate and postgraduate students (free of charge) must register by writing an email to grounded-theory@sp.unipi.it.

Non Members:

  • Undergraduate, Post-graduate student: 20 EUR
  • PhD student: 75 EUR
  • Researcher and Assistant Professor: 100 EUR
  • Associate and Full Professor: 125 EUR
  • Professionals, Institutions: 160 EUR
SSSI NON MEMBERS PAYMENT FORM

Late Registration (after May 27th)

SSSI Members:

  • Undergraduate, Post-graduate student: 10 EUR
  • PhD student: 70 EUR
  • Researcher and Assistant Professor: 100 EUR
  • Associate and Full Professor: 130 EUR
  • Professionals, Institutions: 160 EUR

Non Members:

  • Undergraduate, Post-graduate student: 30 EUR
  • PhD student: 100 EUR
  • Researcher and Assistant Professor: 130 EUR
  • Associate and Full Professor: 150 EUR
  • Professionals, Institutions: 190 EUR

INVOICE FORM

In order to receive an invoice for your payment, it is mandatory that you complete the Invoice Form in full and send it, along with any other supporting documentation (a copy of the bank transfer and a copy of Passport/ID – only for administrative reasons!), to the email addresses given in the general instructions above.

SOCIAL DINNER

The cost of the social dinner is 40 EUR per person.

Each attendee of the Social Dinner must pay the fee using the payment form and send the invoice form as instructed in the registration section.

If you have any special needs (vegetarian, vegan, etc.) or food intolerances write to: grounded-theory@sp.unipi.it after your payment.

The social dinner can be booked up until the 27th of May.
